Joline

       Joline-Keur is a beautiful and expressive dark brown mare by the KWPN/Trakhener stallion Michelangelo out of Eljenohve-Keur by Akteur & Lucky Boy. Joline was UTV champion at her Keuring in Holland and was bred several times before being imported to the United States. Upon arrival in the US she began showing with rider Jason Canton and won a USDF Horse of the Year 3rd place at 2cd Level with a median score of 68%.
       While still in Holland Joline was bred to Amiral, the famous Swedish World Games mount for Kyra Kirkland. The daughter from that cross, Noraline-Elite, is the dam for the new KWPN dressage star stallion , Scandic.   Scandic also won his UTV Keuring and has been PAVO champion two years in a row with his superior gaits. Through her dam Eljenohve, Joline is a half sister to KWPN stallion Luidam, international level jumper for the Irish. Joline is also half sister to Iron Spring Farm's UB-40.
       Joline was bred to Darwin (Roemer-preferent x Pion) and produced a wonderful '03 colt ,Wizard. Wizard has inherited both his parents athletic movements and superb temperments. He is an extremely good looking gelding, well balanced in conformation and rich in color.
       In 2005 Joline was bred to Juventus (Dublin x Principaal) and foaled a stellar filly, Avalon. Avalon is a gorgeous bay with a thin stripe below her eyes and a sock. She is a very fancy mover and has excellent conformation, a very exciting addition to the Windhover herd.
       For 2006, Joline, bred to Iron Spring Farm's Contango, produced another outstanding prospect. Barishnikov is a flashy dark brown colt, very friendly and shows movement of power and agility. In a very rare event for USA breeders, this colt was purchased and exported to Holland by Dr Jan Greve, owner of de Watermolen Stud Farm and the owner of Joline's grandson, Scandic, and the world reknown stud farm de Watermolen. click here to see video of Scandic and Noraline performing at de Watermolen's recent stallion showing.
       Joline was bred to KWPN Flemmingh for '07 and produced Cistine. This is a spetacular filly and the KWPN jury agreed at this year's Keuring awarding her an orange ribbon of the First Premium designation.
